These are for a 0-6 month baby girl. Made from Angora /wool and it is sooo soft and will get fuzzier with use.  These can be washed and put in the dryer on air dry. You can get these in my Artfire shop now.

Fingerless gloves done!

On the yarn train to Portland this last Saturday I started my fingerless gloves.  My office in the house is freezing in the winter even with a space heater. Only one side of my body gets warm and my mouse hand aches.  SOOO, I decided to make these gloves. They are made from Cascade yarn Cloud 9, which is a angora/wool blend. The more I wear them the fuzzier they will get. I picked a pattern from a book and just added the rib, I stitched the sides together leaving a spot for my thumb. It was a 33 cast on since the pattern was an odd number and I just knitted the extra stitches and it came out perfect. The name of the pattern design is Fern Lace. Thanks for looking.

Knitted pillow finished

Well finally! A few months ago I posted a picture of a cable pillow front, and mentioned I would have to make it into something else. I decided I still wanted a pillow, but needed to reformat how it was to be done.  So I bought a pillow at Joann's and had to take out the batting and cut down the casing to fit the size I needed.  Then restuffed and bought some fabric for the back.  There is invisible inside button closures and the flowers on the front I made and they are for looks.  Thanks for looking.
